Oh man, these all look so tasty! I want to make every one of those appetizers. I'm a big fan of the usage of zuccini, so I love that there are two recipes for that, and the fried green beans look really easy as well.

These all look so good! I'm bookmarking this for dinner ideas all month!

I agree that as the seasons change so does your appetite. Summer is a time to go light and stop eating all of that comfort feed which makes you feel lethargic and heave. I especially love salads at around this time as they make you feel fresh. With a nice, light salads dressings too! I love all the zucchini recipes in this booklet.

That pork loin looks so good! That would be perfect to make for Mother's Day.
