Pot roast is the best.

This is truly a potroast just like grandma used to make! Juicy and tender beef roast with soft, flavorful vegetables and wonderful sauce. We simply could not stop eating it AND the whole thing had cooked itself in the slow cooker which I was busy with my working day! What could be better?

You can just leave it out if you don't want to use wine. Thanks for visiting RecipeLion!
