"Cowboy Goulash is my Tex-Mex twist on a the traditional goulash recipe. This budget friendly easy to make version features ground beef, elbow pasta, vegetables and spices. Over the years I’ve changed a couple things in this recipe. I’ve added the jalapeño and Ro-Tel to give it a little kick and a little more of that Tex Mex flavor. This recipe has been a favorite since childhood and I'm so excited share this recipe for Cowboy Goulash is for you!"
