Cheese and bacon are one of lifes really good flavor combinations and this Mouthwatering Stuffed Mushroom recipe does not disappoint. I had to be quick and grab one before they had all been eaten. Next time I'll hide some in the kitchen for later )). I thought they would be fiddly to make but not at all - the prep was done in no time at all and they are delicious enough to make time and time again.

Whoever it was that said "Life's too short to stuff a mushroom" had obviously never eaten these! We made them as a side dish for a barbecue we hosted last weekend and they were very popular! The cream cheese and bacon flavors are absolutely delicious with the mushroom - yummy!!

Stuffed Mushrooms are one of my favorite side dishes, and I have a recipe that is really great, but, I have never made them stuffed with cream cheese and bacon. I love that the filling can be made ahead of time, which put this recipe on the fast track for Thanksgiving. I can't wait to surprise my family this year with this variation.

Mushrooms stuffed with cream cheese are amazing. If you have never had them, you should try them. They aren't hard to make at all. Garlic powder would taste good in these too, I like to take out the stems and save them for adding to another meal. Like spaghetti sauce or something mushrooms would be good with.
