Melt in Your Mouth Chicken will have you and your family hurrying to the dinner table and arguing over who gets the last piece. This delicious chicken recipe is slathered with Parmesan cheese, sour cream, and mayo, for a chicken dinner that is anything but boring.

We also love how easy this recipe is to make. It requires very little prep, and then you just let the chicken cook away in the oven while delicious aromas fill your home. Serve it with a side salad or some veggies for the perfect balanced weeknight meal!

Melt in Your Mouth Chicken is one recipe that will definitely earn a spot in your regular dinner rotation.

Why This is Such a Great Family Dinner

It can be difficult to find recipes that are really perfect for almost everyone in your family. But this is one of them!

Sour cream keeps this chicken recipe moist, so those who complain about dry chicken are sure to be satisfied.

Salty, nutty Parmesan cheese gives the chicken tons of flavor, so even picky eaters will come running to the table. Seasoned salt also gives it that extra kick!

Finally, this MIYM chicken is great for those following a low carb diet. Many chicken recipes are breaded, which can pose a problem for those trying to cut down on carbs. Instead this recipe uses layers of delicious ingredients like mayo and sour cream. There's barely a carb in sight.

What are you waiting for? Get cooking on this delicious dinner. The best part is that it will only take you thirty minutes!

My favorite way to cook chicken is slow-roasted in an open fire. It brings out the best qualities (moist tender, and flavorful) of the chicken.
