" Spoiler If you're a fan of potatoes, you're going to love this collection." Literally the best thing I could have ever seen. My all-time fave side dish is anything that includes potatoes french fries, mashed potatoes, scalloped potatoes, etc. etc. I just can't get enough. The roasted asparagus from this list, however, does look delightful. I might have to switch up my potato tune just a bit )

I used to think I was too cool or young for Brussels sprouts, but then I actually tried them, and I regret ever thinking that. Throw a little olive oil and salt on them and roast them in the oven, and it's almost magical what comes out. I especially love pairing them with pork chops.

I LOVE a good cucumber dill salad, it seems to go with everything and my grandmother has the best recipe. We'll have it for summer gatherings, Easter and Thanksgiving. It's light and complements a lot of dishes well.

Fries go with anything and everything. But I love soup or pasta with a side or garlic bread to dunk in the sauce!

Potatoes are my go-to side, but I also love asparagus or green beans. Just steam them lightly and serve with a little bit of butter, salt, and pepper!

Hmm that's a tough one. Toasty Italian bread is my favorite side, and grilled shrimp is my favorite main dish. Unfortunately those two don't really go together. So, my favorite pairing would have to be mashed potatoes and steak.

Honestly though, how can you go wrong with a burger and fries lol. Actually, any side with potatoes is a win with me! After all, is there anything potatoes DON'T go with (except pasta haha)??

So excited to find this site. Grew up in small farming community, relocated to the south, and never expected to find the flavors of "home".
