Tips and Tricks for Making No Bake Desserts
Whether you're a master chef or a novice in the kitchen, no bake desserts are deceptively simple. The recipes might be short and to-the-point, but there are ways that they can go wrong. Below are some of our favorite tips and tricks for making the best no bake desserts ever.
1. Measure everything precisely. Since you don't have the baking time to put the finishing touch on your desserts, measuring your dry ingredients properly can mean the difference between no bake heaven and a crumbly cookie disaster.
2. Check the weather! That might sound odd, but if there's a lot of rain or humidity, you might need to adjust the dry ingredients. The weather can affect ingredients like flour, oats, and powdered sugar, and if that moisture gets into the containers where you keep these ingredients, you'll end up with a batch of gooey no bake cookies!
3. Be patient. Sometimes no bake cookies require time in the freezer. Fight that temptation to eat them before they've cooled. It'll be worth it -- we promise.

Whoa! Cookie jackpot. Love this great collection of NO BAKE cookies and bars. So easy. I'm always looking for fun and tasty treats to take to work but living in Arkansas where it's SO HOT during the summer-baking just makes it so much hotter. The kids will love me this summer, though, because now I have all these great recipes to choose from. The no-bake turtle cookies will be first on the list because they look absolutely decadent. Thanks for an amazing roundup of recipes. Happy no-baking!!
