I've tried making these before in an attempt to avoid sugar, from another recipe online with the same ingredients and they were horrible. I thought it was just me but I tried using super ripe bananas and they tasted like they were infused with alcohol. Tried with not so ripe bananas and they were ok but the texture was like rubber. My last attempt I used barely ripe bananas and baked them a little longer to get some crunch and I almost broke my teeth trying to bite into it. What am I doing wrong? lol
