These delicious Cool Whip Cookies are made with only three ingredients, but you can bet that they taste like they took you all day to make. They are rich, chocolaty, and the perfect combination of crisp and chewy.

We love serving these cookies as an easy snack for last-minute guests or as an after school snack for hungry kids. They pair perfectly with a cold glass of milk or a steaming mug of coffee. We can't think of anyone who wouldn't want one (or two) of these delicious Cool Whip cookies.

  • 1 (18-1/4-ounce) box chocolate cake mix
  • 1 (8-ounce) container Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.

  3. Form into balls.

  4. Roll in powdered sugar.

  5. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
