Fresh Fruit Salad With Honey Lime Dressing

"This fresh fruit salad with honey lime dressing is juicy strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, kiwi, peaches, and cherries tossed in just honey, lime zest, and lime juice. There’s no cooking and no white sugar, and the lime zest keeps the fruit tasting bright instead of sugary. Swap in mango and grapes for the peaches and cherries to make it any time of year, and follow the steps below to keep the kiwi from turning mushy. A lot of fruit salads get a squeeze of lemon or orange juice, or nothing at all, and they taste like exactly what went in the bowl. This one uses lime, and I use the zest along with the juice because it brings more lime flavor than juice alone. A little honey takes care of strawberries or peaches that aren’t quite ripe, which happens a lot with store-bought fruit."
