We eat a lot of sandwiches and salads during the summer but not this summer. Thank you for the recipes. I will be trying the Grilled Stuff Peppers which I can make in my crock pot.

I was just talking to my mom about how we are always grilling burgers, brats, and chicken for summer meals. We're looking to switch it up and this came just in time! Thank you for saving us with these easy, light, and delicious meals for June. Personally, I'm excited to try the Roasted Corn and Edamame Salad. What is everyone else's go to summer side dish?
