I loved this Barbecue Chicken, Bacon, and Pineapple Kabobs recipe so much during the Summer barbecue season. The flavor combination is absolutely perfect, you can't go wrong with bacon on anything. I recently had a craving for these and since bar b que season is over I made them on my electric griddle and it worked fine. It was great to enjoy this Summer treat in late October.
