The holidays are almost here, and we are so excited! Gatherings are finally starting to feel "normal" again after last year's pandemic-related challenges, so let's make this year a holiday season to remember with some tasty food! Here at RecipeLion, we are already testing out some new recipes and wanted to invite you to cook alongside us as we gear up for the busy holiday season.
Without further ado, we are excited to introduce the RecipeLion Cooking Collective -- a chance to cook together virtually and win BIG!
RecipeLion Cooking Collective
December 1 starts the second month of the RecipeLion Cooking Collective! It’s a fun way to bring everyone together virtually. Here’s how it going to work:
- Each month, we’ll choose one seasonal recipe to make together! Something tasty and easy to make.
- All you have to do is make the specific recipe anytime during the month, snap a picture of it, and email us a picture by 11:59 PM on the last day of the month. For our second recipe, the deadline will be 11:59 PM on December 31st.
- By emailing us a photo, you’ll be entered to win a prize. This month we’re giving away a Farmhouse Style 3 Tiered Serving Tray from our friends at Starpack! For a bonus entry, post your photo to your Instagram feed (must be public for us to find it) and tag @recipelionkitchen AND @moneywisemoms in the photo, in the caption and hashtag it with #RLCookingCollective
- At the end of each month, we will announce a randomly selected winner and share some of your photos on the website!

This month we're sharing a delicious appetizer recipe -- Festive Cream Cheese Pinwheels by our friend Gina from Moneywise Moms. This easy appetizer can be made in no time at all, and it's sure to be a crowd pleaser. It's bursting with zesty ranch flavor, and it's vegetarian so everyone in your group can enjoy the snack.
