Quick and easy always gets my attention and when you add the word Caprese I am truly hooked! I used tomatoes instead of grapes (it is winter here in South Africa and, although, we grow awesome grapes, they are out of season). Fortunately, we have a perennial basil bush in the garden. It is great that the pasta does not have to be cooked before hand so everything just gets puts in the dish. It is very tasty and the whole family voted to have it again.

I like to have a pasta meal a few times a month and serve it with a large tossed salad. I will have cherry tomatoes in my garden this summer, so I will make this pasta dish a lot. It is a pretty dish and pretty easy to make. You can't beat that!

This looks like a New Favourite Meal in our House My Kids will go Nuts for it but its so Pretty I think you could use this as part of a Dinner Party No one Needs to know its easy to make ) lol Will be back to rate it after I make it on Wednesday Thankyou for a Wonderful looking Dinner )
