Used chicken boneless skinless thighs, seasoned with Sazon and the pepper flakes. Whole wheat rotini because it's what I had. Served with eggplant slices fried in the seasoned chicken drippings.

Mmmmm! A very special chicken pasta dish! The 'vroooom' of flavor coming from the red pepper flakes was very pleasing and the alfredo sauce is a good complement to the chicken. We cut the chicken into bite size pieces and I like the idea presented by someone below about keeping the pasta separate so will try that next time.

I'm really impressed that this only takes six ingredients! I can afford that on my college budget. )

It seems the pasta would be kinda dry after the sauce is poured over the chicken in this recipe...maybe if half the alfredo sauce is mixed in with the pasta first and the other half poured over the chicken it would prevent that from happening, assuming it does. I'd even go as far as to dredge the chicken in breadcrumbs and parmesan before browning it for more depth in flavor and texture.

Beautifully tasty! We kept our pasta totally separate from the oven dish and then served the chicken cooked in the Alfredo sauce over the pasta at the end. Absolutely DELICIOUS! The chicken was gorgeously succulent and tender and the chili (we used chopped fresh chili instead of the flakes) provided a wonderful bite to the overall flavor.

I'm not used to making casseroles but I am looking for something to make for supper tonight. I knew I was going to be using chicken breasts though. This is a great looking recipe and I'm definitely going to try it. It seems so easy. I think I will add in some mushrooms and maybe some crispy bacon.

This looks like an AWESOME recipe for the summer. I have so many graduation parties and potlucks to go to. This looks like the ideal dish for those occasions - who doesn't love a good chicken casserole?
