Telera Bread Rolls

Telera Bread Rolls
"A soft, gently sweet roll with a tender crumb, Telera bread is the classic foundation of many Mexican sandwiches, especially tortas. These golden, slightly domed rolls are made from a simple dough of flour, butter, yeast, and honey and their signature shape, which is an oval with two shallow indentations running lengthwise, creates a roll that bakes up light inside with a thin, crust outside. Fill them with meats, fresh vegetables, or creamy spreads. Makes 4 rolls and takes about 2 hours. "
