I am looking for a dump casserole dinner recipe using beef. any suggestions.

We all really enjoyed this recipe. We did omit the almonds because nobody really cares for them cooked in to dishes. But other than that, we went by the recipe. It was delicious, and really easy! I loved being able to just dump this and go about cleaning my house to finish to a wonderful fully cooked meal. This is my kind of dinner!

I would have to substitute the almonds for peanuts or use something else because of my daughters tree nut allergy, but this dish looks so simple. It sounds like it would be a great comfort food meal to add to my homemade mashed potatoes. I can see adding a salad or some fresh veggies along the side to make it healthy too.

I always keep my pantry stocked with cream of something soups and my freezer full of shredded or chunked chicken pieces, so this is super easy for me to put together. It's delicious and a definite comfort food! I always make two casseroles, so we have some for lunch the next day at home and work.

How many will this dish feed?
