Every year our family likes to bring a "new" dish to our gatherings. We have a big event for both the winter and the summer. I know no matter what time of the year it is, my family would get a big kick out of these. Great recipe.

So, I never can get my bacon to look this good when I cook it alone. How in the world will this recipe turn out for me. I guess the secret is the Kitchen thermometer. I need this recipe like I need another hole in my head but I am going to try it anyway.
