"Homemade Marzipan is an almond paste made with peeled white almonds. Marzipan is used in cakes or to make candy. It's most commonly used in Europe, more precisely in German, French and Spanish food culture. My marzipan recipe is the best out there because it includes only whole and all-natural ingredients. You can adjust the amount of sugar in the recipe to make it low carb if you like. I use marzipan to make Christmas cookies, realistic-looking Halloween candy, to make Valentine marzipan chocolates and to use in a cake such as the french Buche de noel.
