Paneer Butter Masala
"Paneer butter masala is one of the most popular dishes in India. According to Indians; it is the main course meal. It is smooth, rich and creamy dish prepared using butter. It is best served with roti, naan, paratha, jeera rice etc.It is a vegetarian recipe now served several countries such as USA, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Canada etc.The main ingredient of this recipe is Paneer, cream, butter and spices. We can also add some additional ingredients to make this recipe more tasty."

- 1 (10-inch) Paneer Cubes (1 Inch Cubes ) – 1 Cup
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 4 Cloves
- 2 Black Cardamom
- 3 cups onion paste
- 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
- 2 Dry Fenugreelk leaves
- 1 tablespoon Turmeric Powder
Melt 4 tbsp butter in and oil in a pan. Add bay leaves, cloves, black cardamom and fry for 10-15 seconds.
Add onion and saute for 5 mins
Add ginger-garlic paste, dry fenugreek leaves, and turmeric powders and saute for some seconds till the raw aroma disappears.
Saute for 1 minute.
Add salt and tomato puree. Cook covered for 3-4 mins.
Add Kashmiri red chili powder, garam masala powder and 1/4 cup cream.
Stir and mix well for 2 minutes.
Add paneer cubes and mix well. Cook covered on low heat for 2-3 minutes.
Add 2 tbsp cream, water, 2 tbsp butter and water.
Mix well and cook covered till oil leaves the sides.
Garnished with coriander leaves.
Served with hot plain naan,garlic naan ,paratha , plain rice, jeera rice or even peas pulav.
