I don't like to throw away any ingredient I have leftover especially if it doesn't last very long and I would like to use it up. I grow my own parsley and coriander so I cannot chop up some fresh leaves just to let them dry out in a bowl in the fridge. Love how this video details how to store every ingredient that you have leftover.
