1 3/25 bread flour - Cup US is what the conversion for 5oz. I haven't tried this yet but I will try tomorrow

Hi mommy1523 - We've done some digging and it appears that 5 ounces is the correct amount of flour for this recipe. All of our recipes on the site are user-submitted so we have no way of knowing for sure, but this is what our research leads us to believe. I hope this helps! -The editors of RecipeLion

im wondering if there is any change in this recipe

Hello mommy1523, since this was a reader submitted recipe it appears there's some confusion. 5 ounces seems too little and 5 cups too much. I'm still doing research and I'll let you know what I find out. Thanks for your feedback!

does this really call for only 5 oz of flour?! or is it 5 cups? how many biscuits would that be?!
