A friend of mine made cookies just like these recently- not sure if she used this exact recipe. But, they were awesome!!! She actually kept them in the freezer (since they are no-bake, they can be a little sticky if too warm) and they were such a pleasant surprise. I loved the subtle peanut butter taste and the texture of the oats. Plus, it can be a gluten-free recipe!

I have a recipe similar to this that I started making when I was in middle school. It is delicious and so easy. I like oatmeal cookies, and this is a different way to use oats in cookies. You can't get much easier than this recipe, and it is really good!

My kids love no bake cookies, and I love how easy they are to make. Thanks for all the recipes!
