Southwest Salad Dressing vinaigrette
"This dressing is a twist on the typical southwestern, Tex-Mex or Mexican inspired dressings you usually find. This one is a vinaigrette style, which tends to be healthier than those thick, rich, creamy versions. Still with all of your favorite flavors it's perfect for that southwestern salad, but you'll actually love it on any salad. You can even drizzle a little on a sandwich or use it as a finishing sauce for chicken, pork, seafood or beef!"
