Oreo Delight Recipe

Instructions

If you know someone who seriously loves Oreos, then this is a must-make recipe. Rich chocolate pudding combines perfectly with fluffy whipped topping, and the crunch of crumbled Oreos takes the whole dessert to the next level. Make sure to scoop up an extra large serving, because anyone who tries this dessert will surely want an extra few bites.

  1. For bottom layer: In a large freezer bag, crush cookies with a rolling pin. Set aside ½ cup for your topping. Press remaining crumbs on the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish. Pour melted butter over crumbs. Press down with a fork.

  2. For cream cheese layer: In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. On low speed, slowly add in powder sugar. Mix until combines. Fold in 1-10 oz. container of whipped topping. Spread mixture on top of cookie layer.

  3. For pudding layer: in a mixing bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix together for 2 minutes. Leave it sit for 5 minutes if sit or so to firm up. Spread pudding over cream cheese mixture.

  4. Spread remaining container of whipped topping on top of pudding layer.
Sprinkle with your ½ cup of cookie crumbs.

  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Every time I make this it's gone in just seconds! Everyone loves it.. They always want to know if I will be bringing it to cookouts!

This Oreo delight recipe looks so good, it looks like something that you would get in a restaurant. I cant believe how simple it looks to make as well which is always a bonus. I might try this out now and see if it is good enough to make to the Christmas desert list)

This Oreo Delight Recipe is too easy to be so decadent. Cream cheese, whipped topping, chocolate pudding, powdered sugar, all layered into a divine creation of utter sweetness. Do yourself a favor and treat your family to this simple no bake dessert. I like Rnbowgrl's suggestion of using different flavored Oreos to change it up once in awhile. I may have to try that.

You had me interested at no bake and hooked with cookies and cream and dashing to the kitchen with dessert. This sounds so yummy and easy to make. I have a love of all desserts and especially those that are easy to make. There is no way that this is not delicious.

With so many different Oreo flavors today this could really be a fun recipe to experiment with. For me, trifle comes to mind but, because I prefer texture over creamy I'd eliminate the butter and just go with chunky Oreos and to cut out some of the sweetness only use half of the sugar then save the whipped cream for the top layer and throw on some chunky Oreos for decoration. Lemon Oreos would be awesome in this recipe with lemon pudding. Yum!

While reading this recipe, my mouth actually began to water. The ingredients are simple and putting the dessert together reads really easy. I don't have any picnics or potlucks in the near future but I think I will make this anyway.

I make no bake desserts whenever I am asked to bring something to a summer potluck or picnic, since they can be made somewhat in advance and don't require a whole day in the kitchen. If you wanted you could skip the broken cookies and use two of those premade oreo pie crusts - just divide the cream cheese mixture, whipped topping, etc... in half between the two shells.
