I love this Melting Pot Green Goddess Dip recipe. It is so easy to prepare, and makes the perfect accompaniment for a crudite (vegetable) platter. I like that it is not your typical vinaigrette, or mayonnaise concoction. You just can't beat a dip with a base of cream cheese and sour cream.

Idon't live in an area that has all these restaurnts from whch you hav copycat recipes. The recipe does sound interesting and wil probably try it Today I will be attending a bianual family reunion and am trying areipe of y own..using watermelon..pureed, hen oiled 2 coups of it with 2cups of ater, and added strawbery (famiy size) jello and a 3 oz pkg of lemon jello and 3 cups of cold water. After it is semi-set... I will fold cream whip, pineapple chunks, bananas and strawberries and top with chopped nuts. Wish me luck, because one of the relatives is a professional katerer.
