As much as I love pumpkin, this recipe is a teensy bit too involved for only making dinner rolls. If you are also a very lazy home chef like myself, I recommend scooping some pureed pumpkin into the middle of some store bought refrigerated crescent rolls! It's obviously not the same as having a complete pumpkin dinner roll but the flavor is still very present! Any one have any other suggestions or pumpkin roll recipes to try?!

I love pumpkin. Any time of the year. These sound great and look like a perfect way to feed my pumpkin need all-year-round.
