Here is your chance to experience the joy of baking homemade bread, and filling your home with that wonderful aroma. This Peasant Bread recipe is fool proof. It is simple and straightforward, and with very little effort will reward you with a delicious tender crusted bread. Yes it is perfect for dipping in seasoned olive oil, but don't count it out for sandwiches.

I have never been much of a bread baker because I feel I really need to be taught how to knead the dough properly. This Peasant Bread recipe not only involves no kneading whatsoever but it is also very very good. It is simple to made and served with dipping bowls of olive oil and balsamic vinegar it was crusty and delicious.
