Korean Bbq Short Ribs
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 kiwifruit, peeled, minced and crushed
- 1/2 can coke
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 5 tablespoons minced garlic or more
Combine all ingredents and marinate overnight in the refrigerator. When ready, let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes prior to grilling. This recipe is for 10 pounds of short ribs. You can also use flap meat.
