My kids will love this One Pot Italian Sausage Pizza Bake as it combines all their favorite pizza ingredients in one baked recipe. My kids are just crazy over pizza and this recipe will definitely make their day. I love the rotini pasta used here.

I really like super simple and quick recipes like this. Anything that incorporates pasta and sausage immediately gets noticed by me. I think I can find the mini pepperoni around here, though I've never gone in search of them before. As was mentioned, just cutting up some regular pepperoni would work as well. I'd also add some cheddar to the mozzarella cheese, since I love the combination of the two in pasta dishes.

Pizza pasta bakes are really quick and easy. The mini pepperoni are cute. However, I would have no clue where to find them. I would just cut some regular pepperoni into fourths and use those. That would work. It just would not look so cute. I like veggies so peppers have to be added.

Quick, easy, midweek meal always interests me. This looks simply delectable too. I'm definitely going to make this mid week. I wouldn't know where to find mini pepperoni here in South Africa as I don't want to have to go to a speciality store. We have something called salami sticks and I'm almost sure it's the same thing so I'm going to try using that!
