Honey Mustard Glazed Ham
"Now that warm temperatures have returned to our neck of the woods, I’ve had our grill and smoker running quite often. I haven’t stopped thinking about that smoked ham, though, so I decided it was time to make that happen. I decided to go with a Honey Mustard Glazed Ham since honey mustard goes so well with ham…and with ham sandwiches! I know smokers can be intimidating if you’ve never used one. But here’s the thing. They’re actually quite easy to use. Sure, there’s no temperature knob on a smoker, but don’t let that slow you down. Air comes in at the bottom and leaves through the top. To control the temperature, you just control how much air you let pass through the smoker. It really is quite simple! Plus, smokers are a bit like boats. You just gently steer them to where you want to go. In this case, the destination was an amazing Honey Mustard Glazed Ham (or two)."
