Ingredients

  • 1/2 head of lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 1/4 cup La Preferida Tender Sweet Peas, drained
  • 1/4 cup La Preferida Whole Kernel Corn, drained
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup La Preferida Chick Peas, drained
  • 1 cup ham, diced
  • 1/4 cup carrots, sliced thin
  • La Preferida Adobo sauce, to taste
  • 1 avocado, diced

Instructions

  1. Cut the lettuce and wash.

  2. Mix all ingredients together with lemon juice until thoroughly coated.

  3. Stir and serve.
