I have a rather small family of 3, but I buy a big ham like this and cook it up whenever it is on sale. I am a busy mom, and I always like to cook once and utilize those tasty leftovers later on in the week. If you cube it up you can use it in a variety of savory casseroles for breakfast and dinner! The bone can even be used to add flavor to some amazing soups!
