You can load them up with all your favorite toppings. My favorites include black beans, corn, olives, tomatoes, salsa and sour cream. The hubby needs meat and lots of cheese, too. While I am enjoying a weekend in the woods, the last thing you will find me doing is the dishes. These nachos are just so fun! My family goes camping quite frequently during the summer months, and I tend to get bored with the usual hobo pies or foil packet meat and potatoes. The kids would love it, as they can put whatever they want in their own packet, and can leave out what they don't! A win - win for everybody!
