Kippers and Scrambled Eggs

  • 1 can Brunswick Kippered Snacks (3.53 oz)
  • 3-4 eggs
  • 1/4 C ketchup
  • 1-2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2-3 tbsps melted butter


Scramble the eggs. Heat the kippers in a separate dish in the microwave or oven. Make a sauce out of the ketchup, lemon juice and butter. Sauce should be warm not hot. Serve scrambled eggs with kippers on the side. Put a couple of spoonfuls of the sauce on the kippers and the eggs. Serve with toast.
