This time-saving recipe is perfect for a kid-friendly snack. Ham and Cheese Mini Quiches are super easy to make and baked in a mini muffin pan. Since it's a Bisquick recipe, this adorable treat takes very little time and only 5 ingredients to make. Your kids will love the adorable ham and cheese quiches because they are bite-sized. This basic mini quiche recipe can also be adapted to include toppings of your choice.

Yields: 48 mini quiches

These mini quiches are really cute and the ham filling is a great idea. I've never come across quiches with any form of meat before, only vegetable additions. While I like vegetables, the flavor of baked meat is nice from time to time. Plus, the meat does indeed make for a more filling item compared to vegetables.

I make these mini cheese quiches for my son's lunchbox all the time. He is 12 and won't stop eating at the moment. I can't feed him enough. These quiches are prefect as they are quite filling. What I also like about them is that you can add in pureed vegetables (such as squash) and they don't even know!
