"This 30 minute Bruschetta Chicken is one of my favorite easy baked chicken recipes. Tender, juicy chicken is topped with a bright, flavorful tomato mixture then baked with mozzarella cheese and drizzled with a balsamic glaze. This recipe is a flavor explosion! This baked bruschetta chicken. Is very rustic and very good. I used my classic bruschetta topping and piled it on top of a seared, then baked chicken breast. Then, I topped the entire thing with mozzarella cheese and drizzled a balsamic reduction on top. All of this might sound fancy and complicated, but it’s not. Trust me. It’s quick and easy and, oh, so very good!"
