Pennie Jo It's been almost a year and still no answer on the cheese amount. What's up?

I think I have to agree with the previous post from "jlspringle". Your users should not have to ferret out the obvious mistakes in MOST recipes. I enjoy the daily e-mails but the site manager should consider using a proof reader. And of course the end result is really the responsibility of the person submitting the recipe. Nuff said!!

How much shredded cheddar cheese 2 ? - 2 what - 2 cups - 2 pounds - 2 tablespoons - 2 teaspoons - 2 truck loads - there are a lot of mistakes in the recipes on this site - do you have a proof reader?? - do you need one??
