Dump-and-Bake Chicken Rice Casserole

"Mollie’s Dump-and-Bake Chicken Rice Casserole is an entire dinner that cooks in one dish with only 5 minutes of prep. The brown rice, green beans, and chicken are baked together in a creamy sauce and topped with cheese and breadcrumbs at the end. Mollie’s mother-in-law spent the evening raving about the meal and repeatedly praising the “fancy” crumb topping. This easy dinner secret is just one of the many rewards from my morning walks with my friends. I hope that you’ll give it a try and help out one of your closest friends by sharing the simple weeknight meal solution too!"

This looks like such an easy recipe. I must save it. What I like is that you add everything frozen. You don't have to think about your meal beforehand, just take out the freezer, layer and cook! You can sit down and have a glass of wine and relax while you wait for the meal to be cooked. Happy days!!

This is an easy recipe that has everything needed to make a whole meal. I love casseroles because I don't have to figure out all the side dishes to have with the meal!

Wow this looks so good and is so easy! Have you tried any other frozen green vegetable like broccoli or peas?
