I love onion and rarely buy pork chops. I have some in the freezer right now and this sounds so good to me. Rice is another of my favorites. I can't wait to try this meal. I think that this recipe would be good to set up ahead of time, pull it from the freezer and go. Have you used it as a freezer meal?

I love recipes that take the "same old thing" and step it up a notch. This 4 Ingredient Pork Chop Casserole does just that with my favorite white meat...Pork Cops. The flavor far exceeds the amount of effort put into the preparation. The pork cops are perfectly cooked, tender and juicy. I am going to try this with my other favorite white meat chicken breast. I think it will be great.
