My family likes eating potatoes and broccoli. What better way to enjoy these vegetables than combining them in one casserole! The recipe looks easy and with Parmesan cheese, everyone will want seconds. In that case, the recipe should be doubled. This would be good for a potluck dinner or a weeknight meal at home.
