I was drooling as I was reading the recipe and looking at the pictures. This has many of my food favorites, and I want to make this up as soon as possible. I would use the Onion Tater Tots for a bit more onion flavor, and I think I might use the Johnsonville Chorizo sausage to really give it a kick. Actually, the Johnsonville brand of chorizo isn't quite as hot as some of the ones I've had. My wife likes it, and she's usually adverse to spicy stuff.
