You simply can't go wrong with an easy beef casserole recipe like this 30-Minute Cowboy Casserole. First of all, everyone is sure to love the combination of ground beef, creamy soup, corn and tater tots. Secondly, all you have to do is brown the meat, assemble the casserole, and bake for 20 to 30 minutes until you have an amazing all-in-one tater tot casserole for dinner. It doesn't get much easier, or much more delicious!

From the blogger: "This is one of those dinners that you can keep everything on hand and always have a fast dinner for those last minute nights that the day seems to get away from you. I call this casserole, any kid's favorite dinner!"

Love the tater tots, beef and corn combined together. I like this type of food. It's not filling and healthy.

This looks delicious and kid friendly. Rarely, do those two go together. I normally like to try a recipe exactly as it is written before changing anything. In this case, I think cream of mushroom would work better for our family. Has anyone tried changing up the soup? Just curious if it worked with cream of mushroom instead of cream of chicken. Normally, they are interchangeable, but not always! I will try it with cream of mushroom first!
