Who does not love Sweet and Sour Chicken and when they add the word Easy to it my ears prick right up, lol! This is a particularly good recipe and the whole family loved it. We add a sliced sweet red pepper because we had one and a little crushed fresh garlic. The flavors in this dish are delectable, a REALLY GOOD sweet and sour recipe.
