Fresh Carrot Dip
Great for your next party, try this wonderful appetizer recipe and try to stop yourself from double dipping. Made with fresh carrots, garlic and yogurt, Fresh Carrot Dip is a healthy alternative from your typical greasy potato chips. Treat your guests to something healthy and delicious.
- 2 medium size carrots, pealed
- 1/4 cup full fat yogurt or ¼ cup mayo
- 1 medium garlic clove, pealed
- salt and pepper to taste
cut carrots to Â½ inch length.
In food processor blitz garlic.
Then add carrots, yogurt, salt and pepper. Process everything for 2-3 minutes or until finely chopped.
Serve as a dip or with grilled meats as dipping sauce!
