A southern delicacy, these fried green tomatoes are crispy crunchy on the outside with a tender tangy center spiced with cajun seasoning and a dash of Tobasco sauce for ultimate flavor.   • 6 Medium Green Tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup Whole Milk
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Tabasco Sauce
  • 2/3 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Cajun Seasoning
  • 1/3 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1/3 cup Cornmeal
  • 2 cups Vegetable Oil
  1. Slice tomatoes into 1⁄2” thick slices. Spread the tomatoes out in a single layer and press with paper towels to remove excess moisture from the slices. Set aside.
