When regular pumpkin pie recipes become monotonous, make this Brown Sugar Pumpkin Pie instead. As an easy thanksgiving recipe, it's perfect for beginners. In addition, this pumpkin pie recipe from scratch only has 8 ingredients and bakes in 30 minutes. You can either make your own pie crust or use a store-bought one if you're crunched for time. Any way you slice it, this creamy dessert will look fantastic on your Thanksgiving table. After you take your first bite, you'll never want to make an ordinary pumpkin pie again.

Pumpkin pie is one of my favorite desserts and I love brown sugar so this is a win-win! This recipe has only 8 ingredients and a very fast prep time so it is perfect to make before company comes. This recipe calls for a store-bought crust, which is easy and delicious, but has anyone made their own crust and wants to share some tricks of the trade?!
