These look really yummy, though if I were to make these, I'd use some shredded mozzarella since provel (a mix of Swiss, cheddar, and provolone cheese) is virtually unknown outside the St. Louis area. This looks like something fun to make up when the grandchildren come for a visit, since they all love spaghetti and making it into a finger food would be quite fun for them.

WHAT. IS. THAT?! I think I found a new concoction for Pi Day. This looks... this sounds... INCREDIBLE.
