I always like looking for new steak recipes since summer is right around the corner and we're planning on doing a good amount of grilling. This sounds quite tasty and since I'm automatically drawn to anything that includes the word bourbon, this is a natural rub for me to make up and try out. I'm curious if this could also be used on a burger. I can see serving a burger made this way on a bun with a slice of cheddar on top. Something new to try on the grill!
