No-Bake Summer Mud Pie is a summer version of the classic Mississippi mud pie recipe that kids and adults alike will love. The crust (which you don't even have to bake!) only requires two ingredients! Who could guess that a delicious Oreo crust would be so easy to make? Best of all, this pie manages to be light and rich at the same time because the chocolate pudding filling is mixed with Cool Whip.
